1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible!
     

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic (India): Minimum 2 to Maximum 5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs or weather.
     

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
     

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you updates via email or WhatsApp with tracking information.

  • You can track your order using the provided details.
     

5. Issues with Shipping

  • If there’s an issue after delivery, you must provide a video of the unboxing to verify the condition of the product.

  • Based on the unboxing video, we will decide whether an exchange is applicable.

  • If the video is not provided, we will not be liable for any issues or damages.

Every piece of Lane47 jewellery is a One-Piece Wonder, made only once. Here's our simple, clear policy on exchanges, returns, and refunds:
 

1. Returns & Refunds

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once an order is placed.

  • Each design is final, sold as-is, and made exclusively for you — just like art.
     

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed if:

    • Your product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.

  • Provide:

    • Clear images/videos of the issue

    • Your order details and contact info
       

3. What’s Not Accepted

  • Exchanges for:

    • Size or length preferences

    • Change of mind

    • Customizations or modifications to the original order
       

4. Product Condition

  • To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

    • Unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
       

5. Final Decision & Liability

  • All exchange decisions are made at the sole discretion of Lane47.

  • We reserve the right to decline requests that don’t meet our policy terms.

  • Lane47 is not liable for any delays, mishandling, or damages after the product has been shipped from our side.
